Books and Balloons

Okay, so we never really got to the book section of the library. It's kind of underground, so the light isn't optimal. But I was elated when this cute mom suggested we do her one year old's birthday portraits at the library. I helped my dad take my brother's engagement photos here eight (?) years ago, and I've been wanting to come back for another shoot ever since. And, fortunately, someone came to help us when we lost our grip on the balloon string (though they did think originally that we were just going to abandon it, which is the helium equivalent of leaving trash on the floor). Such a fun shoot with this sweet baby and her mama!
